The problem for us old guns is these young guns that have got into them through IMD are likely to stick around just like we did with Experience, Jilted and FOTL because it was such an amazing resurgence for the lads.
The key point is that it was all down to these amazing new tunes that drove the incredible live shows so the only way to keep things going is for Liam to write more classic tunes. I never thought they would not only match the heights in popularity of the FOTL era but smash it by selling out Mk and selling IMD by the bucket loads.
After 20 years of being near or at the top, still sounding fresh and current is a big achievement.
However after milking the fans with the cash cow of merchandise, they missed a big trick, it’s nearly Xmas and there is no MK DVD out in the shops. What a shame, would have made a good stocking filler.
True about MK DVD...who knows it may crop up soon. (Still hoping its an all round Prodigy DVD rather than just MK...compiling all of Dugs footage onto a disc would be an essential prodigy purchase)
But I definitely don't think the IMD kids will stick around. At least not the ones I see round here, the Prodigy are just fleeting names on their ipods filled with the latest tunes their mates like. You know, IMD last week, pendulum this week, dubstep next week. It's like giving gold to a pig...
But on topic, as I said in my last post, people need to give them at least a year before they even start experimenting new stuff at small venues (like beat 55 before Omen), and even longer before the next big tour, I mean they must be knackered!
Going back off topic, Leeroy's not coming back is he?

Always wondered why he left...something to do with his leg at the time or something(?)
