All other computers I have access to seem OK, but my main computer at home will only take me to the Prodigy mobile site, even when I type in the full web address. What's going on?!?

We have just recently switched on a re-direction to a trimmed mobile site if you access theprodigy.com from a mobile device (except for iPhone/touch's) - what make is your home computer, do you connect via a mobile internet dongle? PM me if you don't want to post what you've got.

Custom built PC, not any name brand and connected via wi-fi to (what was) Tiscali Broadband. The other computers in the house do not have this problem. I've tried linking through Google and it still takes me to the same mobile site. It simply will not search for this site. I have deleted all temp internet files and cookies too, but no joy.

I refuse to be censored at home!

Does this happen in Firefox and (gawd forbid that anyone uses it) IE?

Downloaded Firefox and I'm all sorted. It seems that it was IE that kept making my soundcard make a horrible static noise and then die for 5-10 minutes too, so that was a bonus.

was that IE 8? I know some other forum sites have problems with this browser and you need to press the compatibility button so it'll work. be interesting to know so we can look into a fix.. if that's possible.

In the top left corner under "Board Index" click on "User Control Panel." Then click "Profile" and then "Edit Signature." Simples.

Hi,
could you provide screen grabs and also the URL's for when you see the big and small fonts.

if you use this link does it do the same thing? http://theprodigy.com/forum

Also which platform and browser are you using?

Thanks,
Nivag.
