I use these 2 to listen to music. The headphones are great, prodigy music sounds excellent with them. I have no problems with my neighbors so it is ok to listen to it loud.

Portable and a great sound.
The 2005 Poison (Their Law version) is my first goto track for any new sound setup. The synth bass and drums put frequency ranges to the test.

My computer and decks are all hooked up to Behringer Truth monitors. I don't tend to listen to music too loudly through those aside from when I'm listening back to something I'm producing or when I'm mixing. My neighbours have so far proved incredibly tolerant so no complaints there.

When it's house party time it's all run through my surround sound system. I'm a good neighbour so when it gets late I just unplug the sub and all is well. Except when I've had one too many, in which case it tends to get plugged in again.

If I had the space and money for it, ^ that is what I'd have.
For now, earphones, laptop and private, silent, joy.

So anyone done any DIY soundproofing , limiting to their sitting room / lounge area for noise reduction for neighbours upstairs please ?? I need to mix outloud!!!

My neighbors aren't very close and are probably glad because I mostly listen to music through my home theater. It has definitive technology speakers with built in subs and an m&k subwoofer with dual 12" subs. So in a few words; loud as fuck.

I play it loud, no matter what, tho my neighbors are dicks in every meaning of the word, so i just don't give a fuck about them which in the end results with the police ringing on my door.Tho an interesting thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago this same situation, police on my door and the cop asks me what do i listen to so loud, which in the case was prodigy so i tell him that and he says oh fuck'em and their law and i was like omg dude you can't be more dumber than this lol what an idiot
